I think you're not going to get any results with this type of vague request.
For your information a quick check on, at random, the 1901 census for Savage in Lambeth gives 115 individuals.

I would suggest looking at the Beginners Board which will provide information on how to get the best out of your requests for information.   Generally speaking, age/birthplace/relations, where you have found previous information, what information specifically you are seeking.
