Hello,
In the 1911 Irish Census, I have FINALLY found my grandparents! :D I am now interested in finding out about their parents...could anyone help me? So far I have hit a brickwall.
They were :
Patrick (b.1867ish) and Annie (b.1877ish) Hogan - children: Mary Kate, Patrick, Margaret and John, living in Wexford.
AND
Michael (b. 1860ish) and Mary (b.1853ish) Byrne - children: Mary, Patrick, John, Michael and Peter, living in Camolin in Wexford.
Any help would be so very gratefully appreciated.
Thank you.

Civil registration of births started in 1864 so you should be able to find some of your family listed. Index (free) online-
http://pilot.familysearch.org/recordsearch/start.html#p=collectionDetails;t=searchable;c=1408347
Some, not all, Irish births have been extracted and are in IGI (also free)-
ww.familysearch.org
The 1901 census will eventually be online (also National Archives site) which might help you a bit more.

Hello
Where in Wexford did you find this family?
Patrick

The Byrnes were living in Camolin and the Hogans were living in Rossminoge :)
