Post by: Higgins41 on Tuesday 07 July 09 13:36 BST (UK)
Hello Everyone,

Does  anyone know where Drumina is in Virginia, County Cavan? My relatives, the Tully Family, lived there.

Thanks a million,

Regards,

Ryan

I'm researching the Coyle's of Drumina, Lurgan, Co. Cavan. Drumina is a small area about 2 miles from Virginia on the main Ballyjamesduff Road,  :)

This is an old post but if you have any info in Drumina, Virginia it is appreciated.  Is Drumina the same as Drummonagh shown on this map: http://www.londonancestor.com/maps/bc-xcavan.htm  located below BallyJamesDuff?

Have been researching the McEnroes and Goldens from Drumina but can't get back past 1800.

Thanks,
Don

I'm finding it hard to make out this old map but Drumina was also known as Drummoney and is in the parish of Lurgan, Co. Cavan. It's situated on the main road from Virginia Town to Ballyjamesduff. Hope this helps x
