I am trying to trace my Romany family background, and think I may be onto them....

Could anyone tell me what a 'Street Hawker' is as the wife and one of the childrens occupation is down as that

Dad was down as an agricultural labourer.

Could this be a Romany family? Am waiting oncerts to help me confirm whether this family I have found is the right one.
