Thomas Soutar was born in Perth, Scotland in 1861, 1st child of Thomas and Jane Soutar. I have been told that he went tea picking in Ceylon. That is all I know. If anyone can point me in the right direction with regards to any kind of record search for Ceylon I'd be grateful. Thank you
