The IGI has a subscriber entry (I know such is questionable) for a marriage of Felix Hunt to Frances Twitchin on 2nd Sept 1661.
This IGI reference, although it might be questionable, fits my needs admirably.
If anyone has the acces to marriages at Eling around that period I really would appreciate a lookup.

Hi Joboy
I've just looked up on the Hampshire Parishes & Chapelries and it confirms the information you have given. Is that what you wanted to know?

Thank you indeed ziggie ....... can you recall,or able to see, what other information is contained in that source.
I have the birth of two children at Bramshaw (close to Eling) in 1667 and 1670 from parents who had probably eloped from Inkpen and who were either staying with,or close to, the eling folk.
If I am on the right track the husband of the eloped couple was a brother to Frances Twitchin who married Felix Hunt.

Just looked that marriage up. In Philimores or the one published in London in 1905. It was on the 2/9/1661 in Eling. He was from Southon ( Southampton. ) And she was from Bramshire ( Bramshaw ) Hope this is ofsome use to you.
