Hi
I've just roughed out a very quick chart:
----------
B M
--------------------------------------------- I I
F FB=W I
I I
Tommo Husbnd
I think it's legal and I don't think you are blood relatives - relationship is by marriage.
Your FB's wife would be your husband's 1st cousin

Hi
Its OK, my friend and I have just worked out, you are cousin in law's. This is just through marriage - no problem.
-
For a start, you are only related by marriage to your Uncles wife.(no blood connection for you)
Equally your husband is not related by blood to your Uncle!
No illegality whatsoever. You would both be related to any children of your uncle and your husband s cousin(i.e your aunt by marriage.)
Clear as mud? but if you take it step by step then you will see that there is no blood relationship in that generation.
