Back from the land of No Internet, and I had to hunt for this.
I know you haven't asked for colour, but I wanted something to do while I was in the wilderness....
-
Wow...that looks fantastic Paula, you filled your time in excellently ;)
Joy
-
Aren't they the most fantastic hats, Joy....
-
I was taken with the hats like you Paula, but I'm
also taken with the clothes...feel I should call them
'costumes' :)
I wonder why there are three the same and one a variation ???
added: oops! I see it's two the same ...still a puzzle though ???
-
They certainly are Paula,
What a fantastic job you have done on these! So have all the other restorers, they can't have been easy to do!
I don't know how I managed to miss them, must have been elsewhere or something!

They look as though they are straight out of my 1913 Girls Annual, Rabbit
-
Hi Paula,
So what date would you put on them ??? For interest?
Rabbit B ;D
-
1913, Rabbit, but then I tend to say that for anything around that time....
-
A little earlier, I think, about 1900-1905 or so. What a wonderful photo.
Cheers,

Hi Paula,
I thought that they were very Edwardian! Upstairs, but definitely downstairs sort of thing ???

Hi Paula
Sorry for delay just returned from 2 weeks holiday
Thank you for your amazing colouring of my 4 ladies it’s wonderful
As the 2 middle ladies are holding small posies do you think the occasion could be a wedding?
I can only find 2 family wedding 1911 and 1913
The only person I can identify is the tall lady on the left, she is my grandmother born in 1884.
Many thanks again for the colouring
Regards Pat

1913
The hats look straight out of my 1913 Girls Annual....but then, I suppose 1911 isn't so far away as to make a lot of difference.
I loved doing that one, it's a beauty.

I was gonna throw my finished product in there but you all took the cake from me. At first glance I was voting for the second down but then I saw the colorized version and that is just phenomenal.
-
Go on, bradley, put yours up, don't be put off.
-
Like Rabbit I must have missed this one too.
Smashing restores, love the hats and the outfits.
Colour one kept Paula busy during her dark days of not Internet and it looks lovely. Well done everyone.

Hi Kesannah,
Nice to see you about! Hasn't Paula done a wonderful job on that!
We must also encourage bradley to post his picture too, mustn't we.
Come on bradley have a go! You can't be any worse than I am! I still have me L plates up.
