Searching for any descendant's of Arthur Wakeling born 1869 to Walter Wakeling and Elizabeth Smoothy conducted a Jewelry business in Manchester he was unmarried in the 1901 cen.

There is a Arthur Frank Wakeling born 1869 living in the district of Barton upon Erlwell late 1910 early 1912. He does not seem to be married at this time?

Arthur F Wakeling was my Grandfather's Uncle and he was a jewller in Manchester

I looked on my directories and could find no mention of an Arthur Wakeling been a Jeweler in Manchester, but he may have only worked for one and not owned the company?

Thanks Micky, One of life's mystery's he was one of 7 or 8 siblings of Walter and Elizabeth Wakeling.It looks like only 2 had issue my GGMother Eleanor had son George Alfred. and Alfred had 2 daughters Florence and Eve.
We are trying to determine the true father of George Alfred (my Grandfather) as he took his mothers name (Wakeling) we may never know.
