found 2 posibilities on born 1886 but more likely other born 1901 Sunderland
Where did you find them?
Where did you get the info re: her birthplace?
Where did you get the info re: the one b 1901? There is no birth entry on freebmd for 1901 - there is a 1906 birth in Sunderland but she was Margaret Elizabeth
The 1901 has an Elizabeth Lafferty aged 13 b Durham

Hi
Thanks for the swift reply, I got her name off her daughter Evelyn's birth cert in 1922 found the 2 possibilities on ancestry census, has 2 addresses on daughter's birth cert one 8 the cedars and the other Highfield Hylton rd Sunderland, many thanks Ivy

Hi
Unfortunately - they were only the addresses she was living at and do not prove that she was actually born in that area.
The only Elizabeth Lafferty is the one aged 13 in 1901 who would have been 34yrs in 1922 - the other one was Margaret Elizabeth b 1906 so would be only 15yrs at the time of the 1922 birth
I cannot find an Elizabeth Lafferty marriage on freebmd
