I'm not sure what you want. Are you looking for people who may have known Walter? Or are you trying to trace back from him?
Walter Edward's birth was registered in Jun 1932 (Dartford) as Walter E York, but Patricia's (1933, Medway) was under Perfect.
A Walter Edward Perfect married Ethel D Hopkins in Birmingham in 1931. Was this the same man who left his wife in Birmingham and moved to Kent?

Hi
Have sent you PM but the Perfect line is married into my line via my GMother Eliza Baker. Her Sister Sarah (nee Baker) Tomlin had son Charles Tomlin - his daugher is married to a Perfect with the same middle name as your Walter Edward Perfect. Could be related to your W E Perfect. Are you from Kent?

I don't know if I come from the same line as I am still researching, but I am a descendant of the Perfects from Kent (Medway) and I would love to hear from you
