Title: Edmondson/Lewarne marriage

I am looking for the marriage cert for Isaac Edmondson b c1775 to Johannah Lewarne b c 1785.  I am not sure where they come from exactly as they had moved to Scotland prior to the 1841 census and this only shows that they were born in England.  They could come from Cumberland as their son Isaac b c1820 was born there but they could have moved up from Cornwall as the name Lewarne seems fairly common there. ???

Where did you find Joanna's surname - from Isaac's birth, or some other source.  Were there other children - all born Cumberland??

Just in from the pub so a quick reply.  I found Johannah death cert on scotlandspeople.  She died 1/10/1867 in Hawick, widow of Isaac Edmonson.  Her fathers name was John Lewarn (no e at the end), occupation ploughman. There was no mothers name.  Her son Isaac died in June 1855 in Hawick. I have not found her husbands, Isaac,  death cert yet.

I have Johannah's Father as Richard Lewarne, Mother Ann
