From the index on NZSG CD
the Probate is Intestate (Letters of Administration)
...so probably nothing much out of the ordinary and may have little info  ???
HE was a gumdigger of Wharehine d 13/2/1903 and these were filed 14/3/1903

Henry has a will, which may give you more info
