Title: Cemeteries, Donabate and Portrane.
Post by: Teltoons on Thursday 23 April 09 16:16 BST (UK)
Hi,
How do I go about finding the location of Cemeteries in the Portrane, Donabate
area? I'll be coming over to Dublin on 28/4/09. I'm looking for my GG Grandfather's, Patrick Fulham's grave & the grave of Son, Thomas, who died
in 1913.
                                                            Cheers,

Hi purpeller,
Thanks for the email. Yes, I know Portrane is place. The Burrow, where my
GG Greatgrandfather, Patrick Fulham, had his Farm is even smaller!
When I was in Donabate, last November, I asked guy how many cemeteries
there were in the area. He said about six. I found three, all of which on the
website you gave me.
Thanks for your time & interest.
                                                    Cheers,
                                                                      Terry.

I have been told that there is a small graveyard down The Burrow which I was unaware of.

I will have a look into it in next couple of months and no idea who was ever buried there but has been unused for many years.
