could someone please do a search for me and see if there is a record of female Blundell marrying Daly or Daley in Liverpool about 1900, before or after. I do know that my m-in-law was married at St Thomas church near Rosehill Police station.
Any info greatly appreciated

Had the female Blundell been married previously as there is no such marriage on either Lancashire BMD or freebmd from 1890-1910

sorry but I have no idea. My m-in-law's mothers maiden name was Blundell and according to my hubby his mums maiden name was Daly. My m-in.law (Ellen) was married to Albert Doughty b 1922, d 1998

Hi
So Ellen Daly married Albert Doughty (he was b 1923 not 1922)
I have Ellens birth reg and can confirm her mothers maiden name is shown as Blundell
Is Ellen still alive? I cannot post details of living people so will send you a pm with her birth details etc and some additional info
If her mother had been married before - this is what can happen
Mary Blundell marries John Smith
John Smith dies
Mary Smith marries ?Daly
Baby Daly's birth cert will show mothers maiden name as Blundell as that is her true maiden name

December Quarter 1924
Ellen Blundell married Bernard Daly registered Flintshire Hawarden
