Has anyone come across a bapt.for a Daniel Kibblewhite around 1800,if so where and who were parents

With such little info. you'll be lucky to get anywhere but you'll find three DK deaths registration details in http://www.freebmd.org.uk/cgi/search.pl .
I note the IGI entries are no use so you may need to buy d-certs which will not much better :'(

I know when he died,in 1841 at Castle Eaton,he was on 1841 census, which doesn`t help much,i doubt his death certificate would help, the informant was probably his wife or a neighbour and back then it would only give his age.I have had research done at quite a few parishes in Wiltshire and Gloucestershire, where i know Kibblewhites have been, but no sign of a Daniel within ten years of matching his age on census

The LDS have been allowed to film very few R.C. church records so if he was of that persuasion it might explain your difficulty.

Iv`e found some non-conformists,but apart from pre Henry V111 no catholics, trouble is there are so many small villages around Wilts.Gloucs.border plus the family from around that time move about a lot,iv`e got one who started in Gloucs.moved to Norfolk then Essex then Surrey and finished up in Sussex

Hi there
Actualy the informant on Daniels DC is Rachel Kibblewhite, wife of Thomas. We assume this is his sister in law.
