Hi, have quite a lot of info on the Hunkin family (mainly in Mevagissey, but also all over the world!) if anyone is interested. ;D
-
Am very interested in HUNKIN of Australia, New Zealand and Samoa. Would be great if you can share any/all data and information regarding lineage of Mathew HUNKIN of Mevagissey, CON m. 1789 Ann LELEAN.
I am descendant of John HUNKIN m. 1842 Jane KITTO.

Have you anything regarding marriages of the children of
Mathew HUNKIN and Ann LELEAN -- Mary, Matthew, John and Imogen --
KNIGHT, FAIIVAE, KITTO and ROBINS.
Please respond as to which HUNKINs of Mevagissey -- (mainly in Mevagissey, but also all over the world!)??? -- you are able to share info about, would be nice to know. Who? What? When? Where? Why? Where fore art thou? How I wonder what you are?
Have a great day.

I might have something of interest. I need to compress the image as it's showing as too large. I have stuff on Hunkins of Liskeard/Truro (not far from Mevagissey) from as far back as 1449!

Hello Stephen
I am unsure whether this link is still working. However, here goes. As a direct descendant of the Devon Norah Hunkin (Smale/Pengelly) 1852-1936, I am trying to sort out the confusions in my family tree. My late mother always believed there was a connection to Bishop Joseph W. Hunkin of Truro and I think I may possibly have found one through John Hunkin (1580-1629) so it's scarcely strong! I have some uncertainties; if you could help, it would be much appreciated.
