Hi all,
Really hoping that someone can help me out a bit here,, i can make out the first 4 lines, but get lost after that apart from a few words.

I will have a stab at it.. what I can read anyway ;D
This is the Last Will and Testament of me Robert Bull of Tarporley in the County of Chester Innkeeper and Timber Merchant, First I direct the payment of all my just debts? and funeral expenses and from and after payment and satisfaction thereof I give and bequeath all and singular? (similar?) my ? Estate of ? ? in ? ? whether consisting of goods, chattels and effects, live and dead farming stock, stock in trade, ready money and s? for money and all other I may die possessed of unto my kind? wife Elizabeth Bull for and during her natural life, she the said Elizabeth Bull keeping and maintaining respectably my sister Sarah Bull out of the same during her life time.
I will have a further read.

The will was not contested. The second image is the grant of probate - two other executors were also named and they were legally empowered to take control if they so requested. The value of the estate was less than £800.

wow thank you both!! with your help i have managed to work out the rest of the wording in the will that i couldnt before.. I think i may have studied it for too long and for too often, as it just all became a blur haha.. thanks again
