Hi,
It looks, from GENUKI, as if the whole of Anglesey was one registration district called Anglesey from 1837 to 1937.

Hello again,
Marriage between Henry EVANS and Ellen WILLIAMS:
2nd Quarter 1916 Holyhead 11b 845
There seems to be an error in FreeBMD with that marriage page, or there is information still to be added. It shows Henry EVANS as marrying a WILLIAMS but doesn't give the WILLIAMS information, so I got the above from the GRO index.
It also seems that I must have mis-read that GENUKI page earlier on - I was sure that there was only the Anglesey registration district. It's not my best day today!
There are so many Ellen WILLIAMS on the Anglesey BMDs 1884-6 that you are going to have quite a job sorting out yours. I've got the same surname, so you have all my sympathy. You might be able to get some clues from their marriage certificate.
Regards,
Lee.
