Do you know their religion? Civil registration of Catholic marriages began in 1864 but other marriages from 1845. A marriage certificate will list their fathers' names and occupations as well as their residences at the time of the marriage.

Hi,
10 Feb 1860 Robert Kirk married Sarah Harper in Muckamore Presbyterian Church in the Parish of Grange of Muckamore, Antrim, Co. Antrim.

Since that seems to be the couples marriage you can now check index to civil registrations under each name and cross reference details (date, registration district, volume and page number) which will get you the information needed to order the marriage certificate.

Thank you for the info, I will follow it up. They were protestants, Robert Kirk, was supposedly a Romany gypsy, so my great aunt told me , that is why they came to England she was disowned by her family, she had been educated and he could neither read or write. I am very interested to see who and what their parent were.

... or contact the Registrar at Antrim Borough Council at
http://www.antrim.gov.uk/index.cfm/website_Key/27/Category_key/128/Page_Key/712/show/more
to get a transcript, which is cheaper.
All you need is names of bride and groom, place of marriage (Muckamore Presbyterian) and exact date (10 Feb 1860). Most NI Councils charge around £4 for this service and it has exactly the same information as a certificate.
