I am trying to trace any descendants of the Batty family living at 4 Ivy Cottages in the 1901 census:

Walter b 1877
Andrew b 1881
Stephen b 1885
Millicent b 1887
Christopher b 1890
Jane A b 1892
Gertrude b 1894

Can anyone help please?

Hi Dee

Only for Andrew Batty so far, he was my great-grandfather and he was in York by 1911, married with 3 children, including my gran.

I don't have any other info on the Batty's but as they were a large family I thought I might find something out on this site.  I'd love to find some living  descendants.
