Hi there
I am looking for information on the children of George Rushton (1880-1964) and Rose Annie Chell (1880 - ?) They were married on 24 Dec 1900 and on the 1911 Census they had two children, two who had died by this point. I would like to know there names and possible dates if possible.
The only living child on the 1911 Census is called Galdys Maud Rushton and she was born in 1903 in Mier, Staffordshire. I am unsure what happened to her and would appreciate any information from anyone researching the Rushton family tree.
George later married Gertrude Bell (nee Foulds) in 1925 and continued to have another 6 children. I have this line of the tree but the 1911 Census has thrown up new revelations that non of the family knew about

Lizbd - Yes thats them :D
Pc99 - Thanks for that. ;)
Does anyone know where i find information on divorces? I always presumed Rose Annie had died and thats why George remarried, however this cant be the case if she didn't die till 1933 ::) ::)

I wouldnt make assumptions.
That might not (or might) be the right Rose Ann's death - but as yet you do not know.
What does George say on his second marriage cert? Does he say widower or prev marriage dissolved?

It might not be connected with your family, but there is the death of a one year old Rose Rushton recorded Q1 1924 in Stoke on Trent
