Exeter City Council have scanned their alphabetical index cards for burials in Exwick, Higher and Topsham cemeteries. There are records of over 100,000 people in Adobe Acrobat format.

Devon Family History Society has photographed all the gravestones in Exeter Higher Cemetery. You may search for free at www.Devonfhs.org.uk, but images are only available to members. Membership starts at £12 a year (Jan to Dec).
