Title: William HOLMES & Eliza Jane (nee BROOKES) - 1901

I've hit a brick wall (another one!).

I cannot find the above in the 1901 or 1911 census.

In 1891, they are listed as :

William (36) - Pottery Fitter b. Bovey Tracey, Devon
Eliza Jane (33) - b. Chudleigh Knighton
Emma A (15) - b. ditto
Beatrice (6) - b. dittio
Florence E (4) - b. ditto
Arthur J (3) - b. ditto

living in 1 Brickfield Buildings, Newton Road

(ref Source Citation: Class: RG12; Piece: 1700; Folio 8; Page 9; GSU roll: 6096810)

Can anyone shed light on 1901 or 1911?

William HOLMES died Newton A Mar 1/4 1898 5b 90 aged 43 years

All the above are correct. I have researched the family as they are my direct ancestors.
Eliza Jane and Beatrice both died from Typhoid,(I have press cuttings)
Emma was my great grandmother, She and Thomas Cross moved to Wareham, dorset.
Then later to Poole in Dorset. William remarried to Tryphena Nixon, They had one son Alfred before Williams death in 1898.
