Please can somebody search the 1911 census or electral roll for this chap
Andrew Percy Bartlett born 1901 Bradford West Yorkshire

Hi Richard,

I hope you don't mind me correcting you with regard to the birth date .. I believe Andrew was born in 1902.

Birth, Mar qtr. 1902 
Andrew Percy Bartlett           
Bradford, Vol 9b, page 37

Richard - try Percy Andrew Barkett maybe  :)

(PS Maybe he was born late 1901 and registered March quarter 1902, Pels?)

I see Andrew Percy Barkett as indicated by Tati. Would this be the one? Maybe a transcription error?
