Hi i know somewhere back in the family my late mother zillah hart ( nee )plimmer was related to the le betts family they was from france i think but no more information what so ever

You will need to get your mother's birth certificate and then trace her parents.  There's lots of advice on this site on how to go about that, so ask a specific question if you're stuck.
