Any help in the following matter would be gratefully received.
A question was raised on my g-grandfather's behalf in the UK Parliament in 1911. The Minister's (non-) reply suggested that some legal proceedings prevented him from commenting on the matter (he used the term sub-judice). The matter was in regard to the erection of labourer's cottage. The relevant legislation quoted was the Labourers Act of 1906. A ruling had been made by the Recorder of Cork, which was the cause for the dispute brought by my g-grandfather.
Does anyone know where records of such proceedings might be kept, whether they might be open to the public or even which body might deal with such disputes?
Many thanks in anticipation.
