Title: lookup in Portaferry or Donaghadee

I am looking for James Davis born Portaferry Co Down 1864, according to UK 1911 census. Father was George Davis harbourmaster/customs officer/coastguard.
Previously had James possibly from donaghadee.
moved to UK in 1860's I think, and married there.
Could anyone lookup anything for me please.

could this Davies be connected ?

from Slater's commercial directory of 1846 in the Donaghadee section :
