Joseph Coe christened 2nd October 1698 at St Botolph Bishopsgate , son of William and Mary Coe.

Can find no more details eg addresses, occupation of father or Anything!!!

Does anyone know where this info might be?

Perhaps the marriage record of William & Mary mentions William Coe's occupation, it does occasionally happen back around those dates in London records.

The records are at Guildhall Library.

Yes, I have researched this parish myself and their records are at the Guildhall Library. I have been there on a number of occasions.
