I have Emma Hill who was born in Knottingley in 1840. can anyone find her in the 1841/1851/1861 census.
She would have been living around the Leeds area.
Thanks

And her parents:
Ho107/1346/5, Neville Street,
James Hill, 20, Mercantile Clerk

Jane . 4months
Bear in mind the rounding down of ages in 1841, I am fairly sure this is the right family.

Taylor , do you have any thing else to go on? Parents names? Where did you get her info from in the first place??
theres a few in 1861 Census and all of them "could" be her.

I have found that her fathers name was Peter Hill and mother Elizabeth Cawthorn
I know that in 1862 Peter was dead. I think that the one living in Waterloo Street could be the one. Perhaps she was an orphan and living with relatives. I know that at the age of 22 she was living in Glasshouse street Hunslet

Do you have Peter Hill on any of the Cenusus?
