Title: 1928-1930 photo restore?

The first photo of my mother on the beach. Wondered if it could be restored so I could present it to her for her birthday.

can we please have a better scan. This has a very low 96 dpi and needs to be between 300-600dpi to get good results.

There is a very good tutorial at the top of this board if you have trouble

well not good really due to size..  but could make a wonderful pic...when posted larger size..
