Could someone lookup the US census details of Jeanie R Lyon (Birth around 1876) and G W Lyon and see when they arrived in the USA

brother-in-law Terry, John E.S., male, white, age 34, single, b. Eng., parents b. Eng., immigrated 1900 or 1901?, powder man in land clearing industry

Does that census give the childrens names or when Jeanie went to the US

No, the census doesn't give the names of people who aren't living.  I think it says she immigrated 1900, although the last number was a bit hard to read.
