I have recently discovered that a family named DUCKETT were included in Gypsy and travellers details and wondered if any memberhas come across this name or has any info on them. This was my maiden name. thanks Daisy Duck

i also have amelia or maybe camelia duckett in my tree married my william birch son of robert birch and harriet issacs.if i can be of any help let me know.i have a very small tree on them(the ducketts)

 While researching my Loveridge ancestors i came across the name Duckett and i found an Amelia Duckett from the Oxford area who married into the Loveridges, details as follows;
 
 Cornelius Loveridge born abt 1829 Buckinghamshire ( gypsy traveller)
 Amelia Loveridge nee Duckett born abt 1830 Witney, Oxford.

 They were married in the December Quarter of 1859 in Witney,Oxfordshire,
  ( volume 3a   page 1096)
 
I know of eight children,
Betsy Loveridge  born abt 1851, Witney,Oxford
Louisa Loveridge born abt  1853, Forington,Berkshire
Richard Loveridge born abt 1855, Forington,Berkshire
Emma Loveridge born abt 1857, Grichdale, Wiltshire
Susan Loveridge born abt 1862, Barford,Oxford
Mary Loveridge born abt 1864, Broadwater,Gloucestershire
Sarah Loveridge born abt 1867,Witney,Oxford
Carashine Loveridge born abt 1869, Newbury, Berkshire
