Title: birth date Tamzin Medlin TINNEY complete!

I have only a birth year (1853) for this lady, my ggmother, and only info that she was born in Cornwall.
She emigrated to Canada early on, and was married to John Dawkins in 1871 in Ontario.
any assistance greatly appreciated
