Any information on Mary Willshire or any of her children on the 1841 Census. I know Hannah went on to marry Isaac King in Weymouth 1849.

Have you checked the  Preston with Sutton Poyntz  page on www.opcdorset.com ?   The 1851 and 1861 census are available.

Also looked at the Preston PR site on opcdorset.com, for starters found this:

Baptism:
28-May;1815;   Mary Anne;daughter of William & Mary;WILLSHIRE;   labourer;   Preston;

Couldn't find a marriage for them there though...
