Hi there
Is there anyone who can help me find information about the CWS tobacco factory in Manchester?
My Grandfather worked there until he retired. Even joining the Manchester Pals with others from the same factory in the 1st world War.
If possible I would also like to know how come he was a stretcher bearer in that war and was also in the Manchester Pals band playing the cornet?.
