Hi
Does anyone know if records of lads at this school are still around.
Ive traced a lad on my local war memorial to the scoll.Any help and info on the school much appreciated.
His name was William Boswell.

These records are not held at either wirral archives or chester records office. Any other clues?

Thanks for the reply.but what i am looking for are the pupil admissions records,National archives state they do no have these, i am at a loss as to where to access them.

Have you tried Birkenhead Library, in the Reference Dept. They hold all the local (normal) School registers?

My Gran dad was here in 1911, i looked at the names of the other boys there, and a William Boswell was there age 12, i dont know if it is the same one
