Hi
John's birth certificate is avaible at Scotland's People. Reference is:
Born 4 December 1905 MCCHESNEY JOHN MCMILLAN at PARTICK GLASGOW CITY/LANARK Ref no 646/03 2257
Helen died 21/7/1941 in the Royal Infirmary in Stirling - it shows her usual residence as Glasgow and she was a widow aged 64
John William died on 19/9/1940 at 9 Muirpark St, Glasgow, Parish of Hillhead. Aged 60.
Both deaths were reported by son John.
If you would like a copy of these certificates, please pm me your email address.
I'm not finding a marriage for John to Caroline but if it was after 1933 fraid those records are not available online via Scotland's People
Best wishes

Hi
Certs are on their way. (You might want to remove your email address from previous message - tho the site Moderators will when they spot it)
Recognise you're new to the site but use the personal messaging system for email addys as is safer than putting them on general public show as it were.
Best wishes
