Here is a picture of Craigneuk St,
I gave a copy to my dad he has many good memories of being brought up with most of his family living in the same building it was called Dymocks Building.
He remembers going to the Zucci picture house with his Anderson Cousins
Merry Christmas to all you good people at Rootschat you have been agreat help with my family research and restoring picture for me, I appreciate it very much

Your Grandad must have lived in the same building as my family the Molloys and Monaghans it was known as dymocks building and there were many irish families living there why don't you put a request on rootsweb seeking street directories of Wishaw looking for reid families. I had a lot of luck doing that also motherwell heritage centre is good for records some good people who are visiting the centre and have got time will probably do a alook up for you and I live a few minutes from the Kirk of shots the oldest church in Scotland, it recently been renovated through money of the lottery and local fundraising it is beautiful at night as it is in the middle of knowhere and it is all lit up, I see some of your family were baptised there
Kind regards Jane :)

Thanks once again
