Elizabeth Hutchinson SMITH died 29/1/1918, might be named as Lily
Charles Wetherall died 8/9/1964
Annie Wetherall died 5/5/1978

Wednesday January 30 1918
Smith_ Wallsend, 9 Sixth Street, 29th inst.,aged 121/2 years,Elizabeth Hutchinson dearlybeloved daughter of George and Dinah Smith. Interment Wallsend Cemetery Saturday, cortege leaving above address 2.45, service in St Peters Church 3 oclock. All friends kindly invited.

Wednesday 9 September 1964
Wetherall_ Wallsend, 30 Queens Crescent, on September 8th aged 69 years, Charles dearly loved husband of Annie(nee Smith) and dear father of Ann. Cremation Tynemouth Crematorium on Friday 1.30 p.m.,leaving residence 1 p.m. Friends flease meet at Crematorium. Afterwards private.

Saturday May 6 1978
Wetherall_ South Stanley,45 Hollyhill Gardens West(late of Queens Crescent, Wallsend) on May 5th, aged 78 years, Annie, dear mother of Ann and loving grandma of David, Paul and Christopher. Interment Stanley Cemetery Tuesday. Friends please meet for service Salvation Army Citadel at 3.15 p.m.

The age for Elizabeth Hutchinson Smith is twelve and a half years  in case there is any confusion
