Title: Miracle yet again needed on old Boxers

Hi
Yet another miracle needed on a picture . The picture is of Four friends ( Three are Boxers ) one is a family member. One of the boxers is the adopted son of great grand mother Palmer.

All attempts to restore and clean will be greatly appreciated by myself and my wife.
