Hello all, I suspect my request has been possibly overlooked in the holiday rush. Can some one please find Edward and Agnes listed in Newcastle obits? Thank you and happy holidays. :) Pat

Hello Distant Cousin Pat! ;D
Sorry to see that you have not had any response and that unfortunately I'm unable to help with this one :( especially after all the assistance you have given me.
I had a similar request some time ago and three months of obituaries were just too many to search through - I eventually found the headstone... with a date and finally got the obit.
Thanks to you, now have dates for my Stones and have requested their obits too! :)
justmej

Hello Janet, Nice to hear from you. I am hopeful some kind Rootschatter will be able to find my great Uncle and his wife in the Newcastle obits. I am especially interested to see if there is any mention of him being a local politician, as I did get wind of a rumor that, at one time, he ran for local political office. I'd like to take this opportunity to wish you and yours a most happy Christmas and may 2009 be a good one for all of us! ;D

Thank you for the good wishes :)
Hope you have a very enjoyable Christmas too and hoping that someone may be able to find your great Uncle and his wife's obituaries for you.
