I am seeking details about ancestors from Greenock, Scotland:
Issac BOYD b. early 1800's = Blacksmith
wife = Agnes DONALDSON

Their daughter was Agnes BOYD
2nd wife 1859 Greenock, of John McNAUGHT b. abt 1821 d. 1869 Greenock (father James McNAUGHT b. abt 1795, mother Roseann MULLEN)
Issue:
Agnes b. 1860
Rose Ann McNAUGHT b.1861 (my great grandmother - emigrated to New Zealand abt 1880)
Robert b. 1863

Have you made any progress with your McNaught connection from Greenock?  My ancestor is Mary McNaught, parents Daniel McNaught and Margaret McCallum, b Greenock 1786.  I wonder if we have a connection.
