Hi
I have the birth certificate for my wife,s Great Grandmother Ada LOCKE. She was born on 3 Feb 1923 in a caravan at rear of Shandon House, Groby Road, Church Coppenhall, Cheshire her parents are Leonard LOCKE a Hawker and Elizabeth WILSON.
I have another certificate for my wife's Nan, Charlotte TAYLOR, born 3 Jun 1941 in a caravan at Rose Cottage, Audley Road, Chesterton, Staffordshire, her dad is given as Abraham TAYLOR a domestic gardener.
Does anyone know anything about these two families?

Hi I have Wilson,s who were Hawkers and gen dealers in my family
I think most of them came from yorkshire.

Hi my great grandmother was a locke her father was john henry Locke and mother Priscilla Taylor they had connections to rose cottage, have a few ada Locke's in my tree.
