Does anyone have any info about Alfred Twigge Osbourne, Portrait & Landscape Photographer at 1 Norman Place, Lincoln. Thanks

Could not find him by googling


According to the 1881 census he was born in Hull, Yorkshire  ... 1848
(transcribed as Osborne)

address at that time 2, Norman Place


can look on previous censuses if that's any help

1871 he's at a different address ... looks like Ripon Street, Lincoln

I don't know where in the world you are from benitachell, but I live just outside of Lincoln and am going into the city tomorrow, so I can have a look for your photographer in some of the trade directories at the library if it would be of any use to you? Please PM me if so :)

Many thanks for you offer was not able to reply before due to being out of the country and somehow no email saying i had a message on this website got to me during my travels. I think the other replies i got gives all the info i will get.
