I have just joined RootsChat as a result of Googling 'Fegans' and seen that, a long time since ,you were looking for an email address for them.
I am also an ex Fegans boy (During & after the war).
If you are still looking for the info' then this may help:-
info@fegans.org.uk
David Waller is the person to contact.
Hope this might be of some help.

Hi my grandad his number was 4672 name john Bridges & his brother Percy was at Stoney Stratford from 1930 to 1932 Mr Waller was great in finding my grandads documents we were surprised to see letters & other documents which helped us understand why he was there and what his life there was like. We also found out my grandad had stayed in contact with a Mr & Mrs Walmsley and a Mr Moffat there were also letters written to an uncle Bill from the home. In one of my grandads letters it mentions meeting up with a Piggy Middletone whilst he was in hospital Whilst serving in North Africa if anyones not sure about researching their relatives Fagan time please dont hestitate although its through sad circumstances that their placed there not all information is horrible if anyone remembers my grandad or his brother we would love to hear from you many thanks Denise67
