  Looking  for any information on  Hannah West Clinch  witness at the marriage of Aaron Jeapes ( b Herts )  / Mary Ann Paskins  ( Harrietsham ) Nov 13 1864 in Milton

Only half-decent candidate seems to be Hannah Clinch b Maidstone.
In 1871 she's a pauper inmate at Coxheath Linton union workhouse with a newborn son Stephen.
