Title: WAGSTAFF/WEBSTER/WINTER
Post by: Melody on Friday 16 April 04 03:51 BST (UK)
Looking for Wagstaff-Winter-Webster in the Barnsley & Silkstone  area.
James Wagstaff married Ellen Denton in 1829.

Lived in the Dodworth area for most of the mid 1800s

I have a lot of information on the Yorkshire Websters;
they are mainly in the Silkstone/Dodworth areas,
A very good record to view is the Parish Register of Silkstone. these include a lot of small villages and they are very well kept.
I can send you what I have but its a bit patchy as I was looking for one name among many.
