My GG Grandparents migrated from Somerset to Llwynypia & resided at 22 Cambrian Terrace in 1891.

I shall try to take a modern day photo for you the next time I pass by there.

Just found a building control / planning department document outlining the construction of two new dwellings on the site of the former 7, 8 & 9 Cambrian Terrace
http://www.rhondda-cynon-taff.gov.uk/stellent/groups/Public/documents/Reports/021874.pdf
From the description, it would appear that No 10 is still standing.

And again for nos. 15 & 16...
"5. Application No: 08/0092 - Erection of 2 no. semi detached dwellings, 15 And 16 Cambrian Terrace, Llwynypia."

http://www.rhondda-cynon-taf.gov.uk/stellent/groups/Public/documents/Reports/019433.pdf

I'll try to get to take a photo as soon as I can...

Look forward to that.
It's hard to believe 9 children were raised in one of these houses!

On Friends Reunited, 'Rhondda Technical Institute' has been grouped under 'Rhondda College'

There are only a few names listed for 1948/49:
Stuart Burnett, Bryn Howells, William Jenkins & David Pearce.
