I looked at Ringshall baptisms but I couldn't find Sarah!  Below are the baptisms I could see:

John s/o John & Elizabeth Sparkes (thatcher)
baptised 9th December 1821 age 13 years
Eunice baptised 9th December 1821 age 12 years
Elizabeth bap 11th May 1823
Thomas bap 11th May 1823
Robert bap 11th May 1823
David bap 11th May 1823
James bap 11th May 1823
William bap 3rd Oct 1824
Charles bap 16th July 1826

I double checked from 1813 but could not see Sarah, sorry.
